This was a hard book for me to read- excellent- but hard. The topic of a mother leaving her child was hard for me to get through, but I love Jodi Picoult's writing and, though one of her first novels, is still excellent.

The first Jodi Picoult book that I ever read and I devoured it. An interesting topic and well research, as all of her work is. Highly recommend.
