WOW WOW WOW!!! This is a beautiful book, but you will be surprised and let down if you are coming here expecting a full story. It's more a bunch of snippets from folklore, accompanied by wonderful sculptures. There's no narrative to be found, just an exercise in form and picture accompanied by quotes from the work it is inspired by.

Very helpful book on story structure. The author kind of comes across as a bit of a dick, though. Like, not hugely, but he's kind of cynical and pats himself on the back a bit much.
