The Power of Focusing by Ann Weiser Cornell

This is one of the best books I've read periodt. The amount of utility per page here is kind of mind blowing. 

I also loved the audio book, the narrator is so relaxing.

This was really good. Even though it’s ::checks notes:: 7 years after this was published it still describes so many things accurately and just feels comforting to read
