Open ending, which gives me hope for what might has happened next. Wylan is a mood and I love him very much. The whole book is great, one of the best duology out there.
The book gets ONLY 4 stars because of Nikolai. Otherwise it would have been 1.5 because of Mal. I strongly hate him, not as much as the Darkling, but still.

Mixed feelings. A lot of them. The whole “losing your powers for the highest good” makes sense, but I’m so tired of seeing it. I want to see a selfish hero for once, but in general Alina (even is at some extend was a bit bland) was a good hero, because she has all the qualities that a hero needs.
