I read this book because a friend of mine loved it. I wasn't sure how I felt about the sheer amount of bullying from the main boys. I asked my friend how she dealt with it and she said that she tried not to look at them like they were people, because they are Fae. Their world works differently then ours. The story was interesting, but the magic system was a lot to follow.

This book was really good. It made me laugh, cry, and want to commit violence out of frustration. Most of all, it brought me on a journey. Near the end I realized that David had changed the way I view my time here on earth, and the relationships I have. I tend to get caught up in the now, and be critical of myself. I appreciate this book showing me a new perspective.
