This was actually so good and gave me a new podcast to listen to once I’ve caught up to my current ones. Love that it’s Canadian based, I’ll always support my home land! That being said this book touched briefly on a lot of really interesting stories and had me totally engrossed. My only complaint is that some stories were so interesting that I was left feeling dissatisfied and wanting more.

I don’t even know where to start with this book because it made me feel things that I don’t even know how to explain. I feel like reading this book has changed my reading experience in a way that will leave me forever marked and I wish everyone could read this so they can have that revelation. It’s horror and it’s coming of age and it’s also SO much more. I’m not doing the book any justice with my rambling, please just do yourself a favour and read it for yourself! I promise you’ll thank me later.

I love Castro’s work so when I saw this was edited by her I knew I had to jump on it and it did not disappoint. There’s such a wide variety of stories and only one or two that I didn’t absolutely love which is a great average. Definitely recommend this one!

Not my absolute favourite Sodergren I’ve read but still a super solid horror story. Lots of gore and what the fuck moments which I’ve come to love and expect from this author. Looking forward to see what he comes out with next!

Honestly just found this MEH. It sounded so good and the illustrations are amazing but the story just doesn’t hold up for me.

So stupid and absolutely hilarious but definitely not my fave Mellick I’ve read.

Honestly, this was SUCH a letdown for me after Baby Teeth. I had such high hopes and they didn’t even get close to being met. It’s still a decent horror story but not anywhere near as good as the authors first!

Such a satisfying end to such an epic series! I was worried it wouldn’t be worth the trudge through some of the longer books but it absolutely was and I’m so glad I stuck with it through to the end.

I absolutely LOVED this one! It had everything I love: cults, horror and true crime. You just can’t ask for better than that in my opinion!
