For me, this is what I wish Nettle & Bone was. The pacing was perfect, didn't dwell on scenes of the past for too long, which was my main issue with N&B. T. Kingfisher has a way of writing characters that are so likeable, this is no exception. I loved my time with this Sleeping Beauty re-imagining!
