I was a little let down by the book, I must admit. It was a very intersting concept, but it just didn't take it the way I was hoping. It had some good action that I think would work well in a movie setting but for some reason as a book, it just really never took off for me. Also, even though I know it's part of a series, the end was completely cliffhanger with no resolution at all. It felt like it just stopped in the middle of the story to pick up later. Sadly though, I probably won't be reading the other books.
I don't know if I liked this book or was just annoyed. It was an interesting concept to have authors switch back and forth on chapters, but more often then not it seemed like they were just fighting and their styles of writing was just too different and didn't feel cohesive. Oh well. Still glad that I read it but glad it's done!
Not the best of the series so far. I enjoy the psychic aspect behind it but Abby's character is a little annoying a lot of the time. Too many nit-picky fights with the boyfriend. Lots of unnecessary drama in that respect. Good mystery, chilly ghost story. Just toughen the girl up a little bit! No need to be so stereotypical.
After 8 books, my reviews are pretty much the same! So far, always entertaining. I love Stephanie Plum as a relatable characters (maybe in some ways, unfortunately relatable!). A little bit upset that she and Morelli are "on a break" and curious about the Ranger fling, but I guess I will resolve that one as I read on in the series. Still love it! Looking forward to the rest.
