I really loved Turton's first novel and this was I definitely thought I'd love too. I didn't unfortunately. I did love some elements but I was struggling throughout the book. I think the characters were my favourite part of this novel. I felt like they were properly fleshed out and you feel like they're real people but I did find some parts unsatisfying and the ending wasn't my absolute favorite.

Sarah J Maas is such a talented author. I've read ACOTAR and TOG and everyone would tell me "I don't think you'll like it." but I loved those series! So I did go into this one with low expectations BUT I was totally blown away!

There is so many beautiful quotes that made me BALL my eyes out and I really enjoyed this. I could not put the book down for the life of me.

I loved the characters, the story and I need to buy my own copy! I think this is my favourite book from Maas and I can't wait to read book 2

I absolutely appreciate everyone who told me to read this.

The ending was my favorite part but this is such a addicting but heartbreaking story. I really feel for Lana's past that these shitty pieces of shit put her and her brother through:(

A satisfying conclusion to an awesome story, Logan and Lana = 4ever

Chanel Miller gives her side on what she went through in 2015 and I remember hearing about it and being angry. I was 14 at the time and I remember being angry because that's not at all right it still isn't.

I love Chanel Miller's writing and I know her story will stay with me. This is a tough read but I think it should become required reading for high school.

I did like this but it feels wrong to review it because as a memoir and this actually happened. No star review.
