Oh my gosh

I just finished this minutes ago and I'm still so shocked.
it's a very disturbing cult novel and I loved it so much and need every cult book in my hands. I definitely think this is top 3 favourite thrillers ever. I liked the twists and the overall conclusion and I'm so happy I finally read it. so so good.

I loved this story, I mostly enjoyed James and Hazel but grew to love Audrey and Colette too. I loved how it's narrated by the gods during a trial and I cannot reccomend this story any longer. It's so impactful and emotional, the writing is so beautiful and captivating I'm so in love with this story. Just wow.

Please read this and maybe reccomend me some historical fiction novels or even Greek mythology too please

Riley Sagar did it again.

I loved this so much it's currently 6:07am and I have not slept at all (Happy new year!!) I loved the duel timeline of the story and how creepy everything was, I love a good haunted house story.

I thought the characters were so well written and fleshed out, I think this is definitely my favorite Riley Sagar book, I've read all of them but this one made literal goosebumps appear. I cannot wait for all of his other works.

So incredible and so glad this was my first read of 2021

Can I just start off and say I love this?

This isn't just a romance novel, It deals with grief, loss, heartbreak and I can just say I cried at several parts in this story. I loved the chemistry with the main characters, January and Gus. The characters themselves were so interesting and I adored them together. The writing was impeccable and I loved how they were both writers going through their own griefs and their banter was perfection. So thankful my friend Tori recommended this.

Spoilers:
Their first official sex scene and Gus tells her he's wanted her for so long and she agrees and says "since the drive-in." (where they first kissed) and he says "No, since I saw you in college." Literal butterflies, and the ended where he proposes omg I'm a simp.

OH MY GOD

Alex Michealides knows how to write such an addicting thriller.

It did take me a while to finally read this as I'm struggling with a reading slump but I loved this. I loved the dark academia vibes, the characters, the murder mystery, the sorta cultish vibes.

It's like a cozy murder mystery and I will honestly probably read anything this author writes, I think I liked this better than the Silent Patient

The plot twist definetely got me as I was trying to figure everything out but it was so good and addictive.
