This was one of the strangest books I've ever read. It was easy, seeing as it's a kids' book, but it was dark and spooky. I don't think I'll read it again though.
I'm not much of a poetry reader. This book was a required read for the YSU english festival. The books in that event aren't usually the best ones in the world, but they pick books that teens can relate with.
This book, told on the other side of death, is a journey into the life (and death) of two teens and their community. Sad and funny at the same time, this story is one that can be read if you're in the mood for something easy and light.
I'm really not into stories about how a pet greatly affects someone's life because those stories usually end up being rather boring or sad or both. However, this book was pretty good and I kept reading it. It was one of the books I got to keep me occupied when I got my wisdom teeth out.
I honestly don't remember much about this story. Another school assignment for the YSU english festival.
Kind of stupid. Just a 10th grade english assignment from 2009. I wouldn't read it again. Sorry Miss G!
