I love this read! I listened to it on audio and enjoyed each character's story. I liked the fact that the short stories still tired into the original or main story line. Each story was very detailed and beautifully written. I enjoyed the similar style book "Black Out" but the authors, and when I saw there was another storyline, I immediately checked it out. These love stories are diverse and relateable, no matter your identity(sex, race, sexual orientation)

The book starts off with a nice attention grabber but then the pace of the book is slow to build up. The main character's decisions throughout the storyline frustrated me but overall the book was a nice escape from my day to day.

The author did a great job of telling this story. Even when I thought I had it figured out, she added more twist and turns. Being in the line of child welfare, when you think you have seen or heard it all.... you're still never prepared for the outcome. 

Act Like You Got Some Sense by Jamie Foxx

I was disappointed in this audiobook. I had high expectations for it since Jamie is known as a great story teller. There are some gems trough out that I was able to take away from as life lessons through his eyes as a father. I enjoyed the added touch of involving his daughters in the audiobook.

As someone who watched Jennette on Nickelodeon, it was sad to hear her experience with her mother and the network. I am glad she told her side of the story and great to hear she has had time to reflect and begin healing from it. The book started off slow at first but picked up towards the middle.

Really cute love story! Quick read and is hilarious from the beginning. I would recommend this series for anyone looking to relax and have a few laughs.
