Wowza. This book was so dark and deep and convoluted. I can’t say I understood all of it but I have a feeling it’s a book that will flutter around in my head for a while.
3.5 ⭐️ this was a super thought-provoking book. It’s themes of pandemics made it feel a little too close to home sometimes, and I almost feel like the ending was a bit rushed. There are some incredible quotes in here about the nature of humans, though. And I think it, like some of the other books I’ve read this year, will swim around in my head.
