I truly loved getting the backstory and seeing Rendell as a teen and Duncan as a kid. This had so many turns that I'll be processing it for the rest of the day.
The end after Tyler and Kinsey see what their father went through and had to do as a teen with the keys....broke my damn heart.
I really do not want this to end.

Well it made me shed thug tears so five stars.
Every thing about Volume 6...hell the whole series was perfect from beginning to end. Still processing everything and don't feel the need for a "real review". Locke & Key is a series I'll revisit again and again...and again. Beautifully done.

A very cute book about six little penguins who are named after colorful flowers and painted their mother a special surprise on the snow with their colors. I did give Broccoli the side eye lol. Adorable pictures. You'll melt when you see all of the penguins in the tub toward the end. A great way to teach kids their colors.
It took me forever and a day to finish this but I'm finally done and I loved it.
It was fun to see Caroline and Simon's romance play out. It definitely had its bumps but you couldn't help but to root for them. I LOVED the dialogue throughout the book and CLIVE! I need a book with nothing but Clive....okay maybe a short novella if there isn't one already. My favorite part of the book was them going to Spain! Spain! Right then I was like Okay Caroline do not screw this up! Caroline was a bit extra when she didn't have the O in Spain but I'm glad Simon remedied that once they got back to San Fran. I'm looking forward to reading more of this series and I hope this gets made into a movie.

I had read this so long ago (over a decade ago) that I couldn't remember much of what happened in this except for the teen sex. Tracy was a flaming hot mess. I wanted to whoop her. Then I remembered how I was at that age *hangs head* And then I thought about my daughter who is only 2 now but will be a teen before I know it and prayed. Luckily by the end Tracy gets her life together, keeps her legs closed, and goes off to college. The really touching moment was Mercedes reuniting with her family. I grew up with a strict dad and I understood what her and Raheema felt. This is one of those great coming of age urban classic reads.
This is hands down the best book I've read in a really long time. Heartwrenching and beautiful.
Well...we get to know a bit more about Negan's Lucille...
Good story, can't wait to see how this plays out.

I was pleasantly surprised by how good this was! I love me some cussing and sex scenes but learned I don't need them in books to enjoy them lol. Jessie Bell was SOMETHING ELSE. Whoooo weee! What that woman wouldn't do to ensure her husband and her were rich and powerful. This was Christian Fiction but I was clutching my imaginary pearls many a time during this. I listened to the audio version on One Click Digital and thought the narrator did a great job. My eyes teared up a bit at the end. I wish Jess had seen the error of her ways a long time ago but some people are hard headed. I'm already on hold for the sequel to this, Jezebel's Daughter. Can't wait to read it.
I LOVE me some Taylor! She's smart and knows how to get what she wants. I like how she feels remorse at times for what she is doing to people but in my opinion they deserve it. When they go low baby you go lower. I'm glad her and her sister sort of made amends. THAT ENDING THO!!! How is she gonna get out of having a dead body in the car? I'm not worried, Taylor is quick on her feet. I HOLLERED at the conversation Sky had with the lesbian and her ex friend. Sky is so damn trifling but I like her a bit except for her sleeping with Taylor's man in the beginning. I am crossing my fingers Taylor doesn't get caught in the sequel and is able to execute her revenge AND get closer with Luciano. This was too good!
