I don't remember this version! I enjoyed it though. The momma pig pissed me off in the very beginning. Why have piglets when you can't take care of them? LOL. Also those darn pigs were always looking for handouts. The pictures were cute and the wolf got his in the end. I doubt I read this to a very young child though.
Two penguins trashing hotel rooms. My kind of book lol.
I can't emphasize enough how funny and adorable this book is! Ike the dog gets sent to obedience school by his owner Mrs. Larue. Ike writes her letters making the school sound like it's a hardcore prison. Extremely funny!
This was a really good book. When I first started reading it I didn't think it would grip me the way it did but it kept my attention throughout the story. The creep factor was high and what happened at the end I didn't see coming. This is the beginning of a series and I can't wait to read the upcoming books. Meg Cabot is an amazing writer.
This book had me gripped from beginning until end. I wanted to hate Goldie but it was hard to not hurt for her. The only thing I didn't like was the ending but if it means a sequel then I'm good! Not sure who did the proofreading but some parts were jacked up lol.
After I finished this book yesterday I cried for like five minutes. It's a brand new day and I'm still upset. No other series has made me this emotional before. Things didn't end the way I wanted them to and my mind was blown during the last few chapters. I can't wait for the movies even though I know they will not do this book justic. *tears.
This book had me up until the very end. There were many things I didn't see coming! I am looking forward to more books by Lori Roy.
The Black Hair Care Revolution: A Simple Pocket Guide to Growing & Maintaining Healthy Natural & Permed Hair
Betsy Bearden, Robert M. Henry, Yetunde Jude
A quick read on how to maintain African American hair and what not to do. I enjoyed the ingredients section. I'll now make sure to avoid products with alcohols.
There was a part of the book where it seemed to drag for a little bit but man...once I got to last few chapters my mind was blown! I can't wait to read some more of the Alex Cross series.
