Book description~
Ingrid is in the wrong place at the wrong time. Or at least her shoes are. And getting them back will mean getting tangled up in a murder investigation as complicated as the mysteries solved by her idol, Sherlock Holmes. With soccer practice, schoolwork, and the lead role in her town's production of Alice in Wonderland, Ingrid is swamped. But as things in Echo Falls keep getting curiouser and curiouser, Ingrid realizes she must solve the murder on her own -- before it's too late!

Book review~
I picked this book up in a charity shop after reading the back and getting huge 'a good girls guide to murder' vibes. I did enjoy this book it was a good teen murder mystery. I only reason I did not give it the full 5 stars is because I feel like the ending didn't entirely wrap itself up and I strongly dislike when a book isn't fully finished. The overall plot was pretty predictable but still enjoyable. Ingrid was a likeable character. I haven't fully decided yet whether or not I will be reading the rest of this series. but overall, it was a decent young adult book.
