Frankie Pickle and the Closet of Doom by Eric Wight

In the second Frankie Pickle book I've read, once again Eric Wight shows that he is a pro at the smart humor that he includes. Great allusions to Indiana Jones (see the cover!), Dora the Explorer (Avril the Traveler is Lucy's show of choice- she can learn French), Batman (the Pickle cave), and others I am sure I forgot to mention. I also love the mixture of illustrated novel and graphic novel that the Frankie Pickle books have. Another great read- can't wait to read the one I haven't yet and for the newest to be published.
