All of a sudden, I want to go to a renaissance festival. This book was so cute! I loved the premise and the setting. It was mostly lighthearted and fun with an HEA. Jen was a new to me author and I was not disappointed! Her writing style is great. I’m really looking forward to reading more of her books.
The third act break up was…unnecessary. Quite a bit of miscommunication. This book was a pretty good example of two unhealed people with insecurities running rampant who try to make a go of it. Thankfully, this is fiction so they worked it out pretty quickly.
Overall, I loved it. I would have gone five stars, but I can’t get past the ick of the third act breakup.
