So I read Goosebumps as a kid but for some reason never Fear Street. So getting all Nostalgic about the Netflix show, really good btw , I decided I would check out the books. I was digging "The Betrayal" even though It is definitely the poster child for 90s corny writing style I was like this cool. The plot is interesting. I can get past how horribly cheesy and underdeveloped the characters are. But by time I got to "The Secret" I was sort of over it. Like I don't remember Goosebumps even being this corny(which maybe they were but I was 8 and didn't notice
