There are some valid points in this book, but it is written from an extremely elitist, money-centric, sales-oriented point of view. The parts about goal-setting and self-discipline are very helpful, but when Tracy talks about people with more money being "superior" and coming in early, staying late, and literally working through lunch, it seems imbalanced.
