I loved the realistic response to being in a time loop- the doubt and weird things you forget.  I just wish I found the characters more interesting to spend the time with over and over again.
My favorite character was Benny but he was also so "magical fairy godmother" or "gay best uncle" that it was a little frustrating.  Mae had so much more chemistry with Benny than she ever did with Andrew that I was hoping the time loop would have her fall in love with Benny.  She kissed him so much and didn't think anything of going up to his room, in her PJs, braless, and hanging out with him alone and constantly hugging him and touching him.   When things went sideways with Andrew, I was totally expecting this to be the twist, that she realizes that it was Benny she should be with all along.  Benny who supported her, accepted her as she was, and who was very very single, and apparently because he dated Lisa, at least bisexual if not actually straight.  But alas, no.  Oh well.
