The novel was just WOW from start to finish, at first I had a bit of laughs here and there but it's an emotionally charged and gripping tale that brings to light some social issues in Nigeria. The novel tells the story of four young Asiama men whose life are intertwined, Kaniye, Doye, amiabi and tubo.
Chimeka Garricks is a master storyteller, and his writing style is engaging and thought-provoking. The way he weaves together the different elements of the story is impressive, and the characters are well developed, each with their own unique voices and backstories.

TUBO the halfcaste or as mentioned in the novel "born throwaway" fun, yet selfish.

AMIABI the charismatic Christian, calm and well collected, though lost faith in God but re-devoted himself again and was framed by the government in other to silence him.

KANIYE the bastard son, with great sense of humor, loveable and the lawyer of Amiabi

DOYE the anti-hero to some and villains to others. Furthermore, TOMORROW DIED YESTERDAY is not just a crime novel but also a social commentary on the problems that plague modern-day Nigeria. The author delves into issues such as corruption, political unrest, and police brutality, presenting a stark and honest portrayal of the country's harsh realities.

Overall,it's an excellent novel that is both poignant and compelling. It is a story that will stay with you long after you have finished reading it. I would definitely recommend this book
