Spoilers ahead- Absolutely loved this. It started off a little confusing with all the fantasy terminology. I had to look a few things up but once I kept reading things started to fall into place. In true SJM fashion the last third of the book was action packed and I stayed up most of the night finishing it, I couldn’t put it down! I love hunt and ruhn, and Bryce grew on me. Excited to learn more about these characters, especially tharion and the mer. My prediction is that Bryce will be the 7th asteri. Also predicting the autumn king knows more than we see and that’s why he was researching things related to Bryce. Maybe afraid of her? Love the witch queen/mediwitch story line and excited to see what develops there and with ruhn. I spoiled the crossover to the acotar world so I know Nesta and azriel will make an appearance and I am so excited for that. Also Jesiba and the prince at the end?! What do they know? I can’t wait to start book 2!
