I have long been a fan of Kresley Cole...ever since I read my first paranormal by her. I loved this contemporary sort of book. It was something different while also falling into this bad boy billionaire column that has been very popular the last few years thanks to a book whose name I will not mention.
This novel is a tiny bit gritty (you'll read why) but Kresley Cole takes things to next level and truly brings to life her characters. I was sad to only get to spend such a short time with them and I hope that Ms. Cole will write more in this series.
The only thing I did not enjoy about this book was the whole back and forth emotionally available/not toward the end. It seemed somewhat forced...but it was still an excellent read.
