I have read a lot of habit/personal development books over the years, and this one is the best! With other habit training books I’ve read them, taken maybe one thing away to implement, but they really don’t have an effect on my behavior. Elastic habits is a way of setting goals that aren’t rigid, therefore proving the highest chance of success. He also gives useful motivational tips, and ideas for habit training. I listened to this on audiobook, but it’s one that best read in print as there are lists and charts. I’m going to purchase the physical book to reference as I try implementing the elastic habits system.
