Monsters Beware! by Jorge Aguirre

4.0

This series is so utterly charming, and this installment is no exception. The characterization is so much fun, not just with regard to the main characters, but with secondary characters as well, and this leads to some really fun dialog and behavior in the various trials and tribulations Mont Petit Pierre faces in this installment. These books are consistently funny, contain art that's consistently vibrant and engaging, and each volume exemplifies character growth. As always, I'm hoping for more of Claudette, Marie, and Gaston.
