for the longest time i was thinking about how this book was so much worse than the last one and how i wasn’t sure i’d continue the series because GOD Corrick is annoying for at least a third of this book. turns out he has a good reason to be LOL
the ending and the plot twists in the last little chunk definitely made it worth reading!
