Having never read any Sandra Brown before, I was excited for this. The story itself was lighthearted and easy to get into it, focusing on a young widow and her romance with an athletic guy. I managed to finish it in a day, but the main downfall was that I thought it was also rather predictable. I do think certain people will enjoy this book and although it wasn't the best for me, I would still recommend it to people who are into period books and light romance!
