Samantha Reasor knows that Reid McCormack isn't going to stay in Hope. But that doesn't mean she can't have fun with him while he's here.
Architect Reid figures that he's due some time off. He doesn't want to leave his company in Boston but restoring the mercantile in his hometown is not only important, it's something he feels he has to do. And he's having fun doing it. He's also enjoying his time with the local florist, Sam. So what if he's developing feelings her? And for the mongrel that he's denied so often that the locals are calling him "Not My Dog."
A cute story with some serious undertones (Sam's grandmother seems to be in early stages of Alzheimer's) but an overall nice addition to the series.
