The Rivers of Zadaa by D.J. MacHale

5.0

Probably more a 4,5⭐️ but I’m loving this series so rounded up.

The reason it’s not a full 5 is mostly because this storyline felt a bit like a repeat of the previous book, with two civilisations ready to start a war that ends in total destruction of the other. But Zadaa is so incredibly well put together in the way it looks, the people on it and overall it’s history and current future, I can’t not love it.

Next to that, a LOT of things are happening, crazy things, and it feels like we’re really working towards the endgame. Saint Dane became a loose canon in the way he’s shown you really have no f’ing clue what he’s up to even when you think you’ve got him figured out.

Six territories done, four to go. Super excited for the next!
