Mrs. Wiggins was surprisingly good!! It started off slow for me but once it got started, i was hooked!!

Maggie Wiggins is married to her childhood friend, Hubert Wiggins. Their marriage is one of mutual benefit. Maggie is trying to clean up her reputation, due to her parents and Hubert… well Hubert is gay. The book is set from 1917-1939… so you understand why he decided to hide. They concocted a plan to trick an unknowing man to get Maggie pregnant, and she does. Fast forward a few years and their son is now 21 years old and dating… and Daisy is a wretch. Maggie ends up killing her but it’s like a runaway train and a few more people end up dead.

  1. I wouldn’t have waited so long to off Daisy 😬🤷🏿‍♀️ (for legal purposes, this is a joke and i have never and will never kill anyone lol)
  2. I honestly feel like all the murders were warranted except the last 2 😬😥 (i did not predict that ending).
  3. I thought it was very selfish of Hubert to spring his revelation on her. Definitely needed to be a longer conversation that gave her time to accept the change and he definitely should have been more understanding of her feelings… she probably would have tried to kill him 😭
