3. 75⭐. This was a good read about a plus-sized black girl with anxiety who finds herself in the middle of bringing down a famous filmmaker who is a predator. I felt the main character's struggle, especially her experience with anxiety is something I could really feel in my day to day life, too. Her being a journalist and people underestimating it as just a "hobby" is something i feel for my writing as well. So although I didn't really feel that invested in the romance subplot, or that side characters feel one dimensional at times. I still quite enjoyed this ya contemporary about the #MeToo movement.
