Into the Garden Review on K-Books

Into the Garden is a prequel novella to Dividing Eden. I have had Dividing Eden on my kindle for what feels like forever and I've just never got around to reading it. Before diving into it I decided to read the prequel novella first and honestly I had no idea what it was about or what I was going into. The only thing I knew was that it was YA and fantasy. I really enjoyed this short novella and it's really set up the scene for Dividing Eden.

Lady Betrice has only ever wanted to be a Seer. Away from her family and living at the Village of Night, Betrice just wants to stay there but after being forced to leave and journeying home she has to come up with a plan. Go back to her awful family or escape... or is there a third option?

Having come into this book completely blind not having read Dividing Eden yet I absolutely loved it. I really loved the character of Betrice and I really enjoyed reading about her journey. I couldn't put the book down and I just couldn't stop reading. I read it in one sitting and it had me begging for more. I can't wait to read Dividing Eden and see how she fits with this story.

Into the Garden is a fantastic storyline and I would highly recommend reading it, regardless of whether you've read Dividing Eden or not. For me, it was an amazing introduction into the series.
