These books are quite decisive among many. You either love or hate it, and among the many fair critiques of this book/series lays an earnest story about love and acceptance. I haven’t felt any particular way abt the emotions in this series, until this book. The books while fun sometimes lacked any real emotion. But I honestly felt so attentive and immersed for the first time in this series and despite my own qualms about this story I found enjoyment and satisfaction from this read. I enjoyed Nesta as a main character and loved the female friendships to the point where I found the main romance not as compelling. Although everyone should have their own opinions and think critical about their media!
