Well, in this moment, I am happy. Chen Qiufan scores again. I had high expectation and was not disappointed with this wonderfully narrated thought experiment. Reproductive issues is personal to me as a woman, and I nodded enthusiastically to some of the passages while frowning on others. Fascinating story on technology, birth, creation and freewill. The ending is such a nice touch, almost like an utopia for me.
