I absolutely loved this! Historical fiction mixed with paranormal magic and ghosts? Count me in! I’d heard from a bunch of people that it has similar vibes to The Apothecary Diaries—and I loved the anime—so I was really excited to check it out, and it totally lived up to the hype!
The book is made up of a few short stories, kind of like episodes, which made it super easy to get into. The plot is really engaging, and I loved that the author didn’t drag out the backstories too much. The whole thing flowed so smoothly. I’m definitely continuing with this series! 👻🥰
