The imagery in this book and the writing style were truly incredible, but I did find the commentary on capitalism and motherhood and depression to be a little lacking. It was very blatant, which was definitely super interesting, but I tend to prefer more subtlety with messaging in books. Other than that, I really enjoyed the book!
