I'm not quite sure what I expected going into this one, but it definitely delivered more than I could have anticipated.
On the face of it, Felix Pink is part of a group of people who help others to die when they're ready. But once a job goes wrong and threads start to be pulled at, there's a lot more to it.
This could have been just another run-of-the-mill crime thriller, but the author made it more than that. It has humour (didn't expect that, given the subject matter), warmth and genuine twists that weren't just there for the sake of putting in a twist.
Thoroughly enjoyed this one, will read more by the same author.
