This was a fun mystery by a new to me author. This story had everything I look for in a mystery: charming characters, compelling storyline, complete with fascinating twists and turns. An added bonus are the romantic moments.
Gracie is a relatable heroine. She has returned to the home of her heart, Heron Creek, South Carolina in order to care for her ailing grandfather. Gracie seems to be navigating a minefield of complicated relationships while trying to find a job. Complicating things even further, the appearance of a ghost seems to be demanding something from Gracie, if only she knew what. This book is the first in a series, and I will definitely be reading more from this series.
