I found this book interesting, although a little infuriating at times. I enjoyed the short digestible chapters. I to coincide with the character of George Cross. I found the plot a little woolly. Cross seemed to share his progress of the case with potential suspects or people of interest which didn’t seem right to me. I was expecting cleverer finale but they just seemed to solve the case very quickly and it wasn’t really a twist. I feel like it had potential, but just fell a little flat. I also didn’t like how the author constantly reminded you that George was on the spectrum. I feel like it was drummed in when just mentioning it once and then subtly incorporating it would been preferred- but they kept referring to it. An easy read that could’ve been better.
