Flight, Vol. 2 by Kazu Kibuishi

3.0

An interesting collection of comics, many introducing me to artists I hadn't heard of before. I really enjoyed most of the stories and the art was all different, but all conveyed the artist's vision and echoed the feeling of the story very well.

Some of the stories were fine in the short form presented here, but many of them I would have loved to read more. That is my only criticism of Flight, just not enough of it!

I'm looking forward to reading more volumes of Flight. It is a very good series to read as an introduction to what comics can be, for adults who're maybe not as interested in Super Man or Super Cute Big Eyed Girl.

All of the comics have many levels to them and I would say are intended for an older audience, though they could work for any age really.
