This gives me Black Butler vibes with a young protagonist and some suggestive dialogue/relationships that makes it feel a bit creepy. Our MC is 14, can’t sleep, and wanders around until he meets a vampire. Then he decides he wants to be a vampire. Then vampire continues to hang out and feed off of him and tells him you have to be in love with the vampire feeding off of you to become one. I’m not sure exactly where this story will go but I think I’m good with the part I read. The stylistic scenery and backdrops were cool though.
