This book was AWESOME. For the past few books, Captain Underpants has shifted from standalone tales to one large adventure spanning multiple volumes that has gone full blown sci-fi nerd and I am all about it. This book is a bit of an odd beast because it unexpectedly switches from the main narrative to an origin story for most of the book, but it’s a well crafted origin that’s a lot of fun. Super excited to read the next book in the series.
