Catwoman, Vol. 3: Death of the Family by Ann Nocenti

2.0

Not a fan of the new writer at all.  The first two issues are fine, even if they are only a very small part of a larger event, but the remainder are all over the place, including a rather schizophrenic retelling of Selina's backstory.  Seriously? What's with the erased identity and conspiracy theories all of a sudden?

The new art is good, though I infinitely prefer the more unique look of the March's previous volumes.  This book has the look of a more generic house/company style.

Based on what I've read, the series finds its stride again and later volumes.  This one, however, it feels like a misfire on almost all fronts.
