Adventures in Time and Space with Max Merriwell by Pat Murphy

Did not finish book. Stopped at 50%.

While the premise was intriguing and the writing style was accessible, I just did not find myself caring about the characters.  Nothing really turned me off, I just didn't develop an interest in continuing.
