For Now by Eileen Myles

Did not finish book. Stopped at 57%.

I was hoping for an engaging memoir on writing, but I found the tangents and details about the landlords and Texas and everything too unfocused.

I wanted this to be a quick read, so as soon as I felt myself forcing myself to read on, I knew I wasn’t enjoying it properly.

I don’t want to write off Myles though, I’ll read some of their other stuff down the line.
