A fast paced scifi based on the Midas myth - everything King Midas touches turns to gold; including the air and any bacteria that’d try to decompose his flesh. Our ‘heroes’ go in search of the weapon on a planet turned to solid gold and find King Midas. It turns into an interstellar conflict over his finger.
I really liked this first book and I’m glad I have book 2 (the final one) to begin right away! I like our characters and I want to know more about them. I liked the look into how King Midas became who he is. The art style is great and clear. Overall a great scifi series starter.
