I do believe this anthology has solidified my need for something more. I left traditional romance for something with a little more bite. My favorite stories were the darker ones. Some were downright unreadable. I just wasn't into them. But, I did get a taste for Meljean Brooks' writing style, and I'm willing to put it to the test with The Iron Duke.
