X-Force, Vol. 1: Dirty/Tricks by Simon Spurrier
1.0
The art at the beginning of this book is so ugly, and so reminiscent of the muddy-colored Hammer era Marvel Universe that I didn't initially notice that this was a Simon Spurrier book. This explains why I don't like the writing, either.
I don't think his talent lies in creating believable character interactions. A team with Cable, Fantomex, Psylocke, and Marrow would normally appeal to me, but I didn't care about a single page of this book.
If you find this book remaindered in a dollar bin, save your money.
