I’ve been on the search for a good old slasher book, and I kept finding ones that insisted on having a paranormal/supernatural spin unexpectedly thrown in, so when I stumbled upon Clown in a Cornfield on Libby, I was drawn in by the cover.
Quinn is easily my new favorite final girl, her willingness to stomp and shoot and take no prisoners is refreshing, I loved how quick she adapted to the situation instead of cowering or being too hysterical to function.
Only con that drove me crazy was the narrator giving Rust a super strong Wisconsin accent when he’s from Missouri and those aren’t even close🥴🥴🥴
